Five-day Challenge to Neutralize Stress™
Activating Creativity & Joy.
The Five day challenge is done together as a group, with each participant doing (including me) the 30 second process individually throughout the day and sharing the experience to the group chat at our private social media site MeWe.
We all do the 30 second Neutralize Stress™ process on our own once each hour of our waking day (you can download the Free Audio MP3 here).
This challenge will definitely jump start the process to Neutralize Stress while Activating deeper levels of Serenity, Clarity, Peace, Harmony, Creativity and Joy within you!
You may start noticing shifts in the first 24 hours within and around you.

Start with doing the Neutralize Stress™ process just after waking up for at least 1 to 3 minutes...
Allow your experience of the Space and the sense of Serenity, Clarity, Peacefulness, Creativity, Joy and Harmony in your body, mind and emotions to linger as you imagine your whole day filled with this space.
Do the 30 second Neutralize Stress™ practice once each hour of your waking day.
Write down your experience in the body, mind and emotions, and post on our site in the group chat:

What to post: Location (where you did the 30 sec), and your experience afterwards in the body/mind/emotions:
Example: in Car, Calm, Clear, Peaceful, balanced
Then do a quick daily review of the day and write it down… (optionally post our site your review)
and....
Just before going to sleep(in bed)… and notice, sensing and experiencing the Space and of the sense Serenity, Clarity, Peacefulness, Creativity, Joy and Harmony... in your body, mind and emotions to linger… for as long as you can as you drift off to sleep.
